Small Size Flexo Printer Slotter Die Cutter For Mini Box / Express Cartons
I. General introduction
1. Flexo water-based ink printer slotter machine for corrugated cartons printing slotting diecutting.
2. It has big type for big cartons printing and have small type specially for express boxes and mini boxes. If increase rotary diecutter, can also make pizza boxes and any special shape boxes for different usage and fields.
3. Can choose different printing unit as customer need and working condition.
4. Machine is more suitable and competitive than the big flexo. Lower cost. Since it's speed not lower than the big machine, so production capatity is similar as the big machine.
II. Main feature
1. The machine is consist of automatic paper feeder ,printer and slotter, can finish the 3ply / 5ply paper printing and slotting procedures in once time.
2. This machine wallboard and ground rack adopt 30mm thickness cast iron, improved the machine stability.
3. Adopt 40# steel gear,fine milling, all gears with precise grinding , spray lubrication, adjusted by gear crosshead shoe, gapless running .
4. Main motor adopt 4kw frequency motor, drought fun 4.0kw, ink distribution motor.
5. The lead edge automatic feeder adopt light pressure auto feeder, will not damage paper flute, keep flute, smooth feeding and good printing effect.
6. The suitable paper thickness: 1.5~12mm. Can process A/B/C/E flute corrugated paperboard.
7. Main configuration: Electrical phase adjustment, electrical units separate and combine, penumatic locking, pneumatic lifting up and down of printing plate, spray lubrication, slotter unit manual transverse moving of slotting knives (can choose electrical transverse adjustment), electrical carton height adjustment.
8. Standard: CHINT electrics, DELIXI motor ( option: Schneider or Siemens electrics ).
