1) Adopt the automatic and international paper feeding system,precise,high speed,the using time is 10000 sheets/h,precision is ±0.5mm.
2)It is adjustable to satisfy the paper feeding air volume.The head board is manual adjustment,the side board is electrical adjustment.
3)It is accurately to improve the paper feeding by the delivered roller with the grooved surface. The operated panel is electrical adjustment,digital facility,precise and convenient.
4)The die roller is made from high quality steel,balancing correction and hard chrome plating,the thickness is 30mm.The wallboard is made from quality cast iron in large processing center production,the thickness is 50mm.The automatic grinding mechanism of soft rolls improve the usage of glue sheath and grind 3 or 4 times.
5)It’s convenient to set up the polyurethane soft rubber cutting set,can die cut 10 million times.
6)It’ll be moved left or right about 40mm with the mechanical type soft roller and the glue cushion is even wear.
